Barrington 4th of July Parade – Food Drive
Donate non-perishable food items to benefit our Barrington area neighbors in need.
Bring nonperishable food to the Parade and have it picked up at the start of the Parade. Food will be distributed to the local Barrington and Cuba Township Food Pantries. Barrington area food pantries operate solely on donations and are always happy to accept donations of non-expired, non-perishable food items.
Please look at the wish list below for ideas of items to donate.
- Cold and hot cereals
- Coffee & juices
- Paper products
- Laundry detergent
- Cleaning supplies
- Peanut butter
- Canned fruit
- Jelly
- Juice
- Snacks
- Pet food
- Non-perishable prepared dinners
- Toiletries: toothpaste, shampoo, etc.
- Canned chicken and tuna
- Gift cards to local grocers/discount stores in $20 denominations
- Gas gift cards
No food donation is too big or too small. As a community we can give back on Parade Day.
